This was my attempt at photo realism, albeit in black and white. There are several artists
out there that pull off a trompe l'oeil effect with just pencils. My eye would be more effective
if the skin was darker, then the eye would jump off the page, but the patience to do so is beyond me

I’ve lived on my own for 14 years now, and though I have some medical issues which sometimes question my will to live, I am both incredibly happy and fortunate. I started drawing around eight years ago; I never learned to write after my injury. I became a skilled charcoal artist, but I really do not like drawing. I still cannot write.
